By purchasing credits or using our services, you acknowledge and agree that:

• We do not offer partial or full refunds for any reason, including unused credits.
• Once a prompt is processed, associated credits are consumed and cannot be reversed.
• Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction with AI responses, as results may vary based on model behavior.

We encourage all users to start with a small credit package to evaluate the Service before making larger purchases.
